Just an update. I saw the courteous response, but it’s still not here.

Buying was a breeze and the prices were fantastic. I had checked with them, and the items were supposed to be ready for delivery.

What I didn’t appreciate was having to reach out after four business days to find out where my stuff was. Their response was something like, 'It’s on the way, blablabla...' Later that same day, I received an email with a tracking ID, but Yodel was still just picking up the package from their shop. I’d rather hear the truth than some nonsense...

To top it off, Yodel didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell when they delivered my order.

For now, I’m satisfied with the items I’ve received.

My chins really enjoy the loofahs from this place, though they weren't too fond of the apple sticks. But hey, that's just their picky nature; they like the thinner ones, and these were a bit on the thick and knobby side.
